Replying to the owners response:

Your response is rather disappointing. I would not endorse the entire spa due to the poor service I received from one of your employees. This reflects poorly on your establishment and the training you provide. My last pleasant experience here was quite some time ago.

You claim that your rivals receive positive reviews concurrently, but I ask you to provide evidence that I have posted another review before making such allegations. I have not written any such post and you have no evidence to support your claim. Your defensive response only strengthens my resolve not to recommend your spa.

I visited your place a few weeks ago and was attended to by Alexa. I had visited before and had a wonderful massage with Lorena.

However, my recent visit was a complete failure. I booked a tantric massage but the service I received from Alexa was far from satisfactory. She did not perform the massage as expected. I should have been suspicious when she took 10 minutes to arrive in the room after I had paid.

I would advise against visiting this place.
