My booking was misunderstood not once, but twice. I had requested 8:pm, but was informed that the masseuse would only be free at 8:30. I arrived at 8:20, only to have my one hour massage conclude at 9:00pm. They claimed that I had initially asked for 8pm and that the masseuse had another client to attend to. It felt incredibly hurried, and left me feeling let down.
