The reception area and the lady at the desk deserve a full 5 stars. She was kind and friendly, which helped ease our initial anxiety. However, everything else was a letdown, only deserving 1 star. The masseuses were distant and the atmosphere was off-putting. The massages were rushed and sloppy, it felt like they just wanted to finish quickly. The masseuses were also quite impolite. The images of the masseuses on their website did not match the reality at all.
My wife and I were truly let down by this experience. I find myself in complete agreement with all the negative feedback that has been posted.

I have never experienced a massage as excellent as the one I received at Shambala Erotic Massage Warsaw & Spa, Sauna, Tantra, Lingam. The high level of detail and superior service truly set this place apart. It is worth noting that their rates are more affordable than any other place I know. Without a doubt, this is the top massage centre in Warsaw.

This massage spot in Warsaw is simply superb. The staff is really pleasant and the overall experience was great. I would strongly suggest this salon. The masseuse delivered an amazing massage, it was the highlight of my final day in Warsaw. Easily a 5+ experience.
