We had the opportunity to experience the absolute dream for swingers at Parenclub Fata-Morgana on Saturday, November 9, 2024. The club is astoundingly beautiful and incredibly expansive, adorned with superb decorations, and is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff is obliging and very friendly.

The couples present are attractive, neat, stylish, and respectful. Their behaviour clearly shows they are genuine swingers. The club offers unlimited food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. However, we did not witness anyone in a drunken state. It is clear that couples visit not to indulge in alcohol and get intoxicated, but to engage in enjoyable experiences.

We had a particular fondness for the dark room. This club has certainly left an impression on us. So much so, that we have decided to make a monthly visit from France. It was an extraordinary experience.

My partner and I have visited Fata Morgana both on a Saturday and a Friday. We personally prefer Fridays, as the clientele tends to be younger, around 35-40 years old on average. Given we are in our 30s, this is a significant factor for us. Fridays also seem to be more relaxed, with approximately 30-40 couples present.

The club offers excellent facilities, with clean towels readily available as needed. The smell of food is a bit odd and does not necessarily contribute to a playful ambiance, but the drinks at the bar are of good quality. While we are not particularly fond of the music, we understand that it appeals to the local Dutch crowd.

Overall, I would strongly recommend this place, particularly for younger couples. Make sure to go on a Friday!

Our visit to Parenclub Fata-Morgana took place on June 16, 2023, a quiet Friday with the club operating at around 20% capacity. I had high expectations based on what I had heard, expecting it to be superior to fun4two, but that was not the case. The receptionist at the entrance had a rather sarcastic attitude, which was off-putting. A better-suited person in that role could significantly improve the first impression of the club. Unlike some clubs that give first-time guests a tour or a rundown of the premises, we did not receive such a courtesy here.

The food buffet was a letdown. It consisted of about 20 overcooked options, all baked, boiled, or fried in old grease. The club could benefit from improving the quality and reducing the quantity of the food. It did not measure up to the fresh grill-your-own chicken and meat we enjoyed at fun4two. If you want a drink with your meal here, you have to get it before you sit down to eat. There are no beverages in the food court area, so you have to go to the bar and catch someone's attention to get a drink. This can be time-consuming depending on the crowd. I find the fun4two approach of having bottles of wine in the food area for self-service much more convenient.

The club's interior design is contemporary, reminding me of an airport lounge. It could use some warmth, perhaps with the addition of drapes or cushions, as it felt quite sterile and cold. A larger crowd might have masked this. On a positive note, the play-rooms were nicely and uniquely decorated, and the club appeared clean with plenty of towels and related items.

The music selection during our visit was less than exciting. An empty dance floor at 11:00 PM should have been a clear signal for the management to consider a different DJ. We are usually keen dancers, but our visit did not provide many opportunities to do so.

Although Parenclub Fata-Morgana is not a terrible club, we found fun4two to be much more enjoyable. We ended up leaving after an hour, having paid a 120 euro lesson. The club has the potential to be great, but it seems they are too focused on cost-cutting. Given the entry fee, they should either improve the experience or reduce the admission price.

I apologize if this review appears to be promoting fun4two, but it is my only reference point.

In my experience, Parenclub Fata-Morgana is among the finest clubs I have ever visited. Everything about it is of the highest quality, be it the food and beverages or the playrooms and jacuzzi. The club's lighting sets a seductive mood, and the music is simply fantastic. Moreover, essentials like towels and condoms are conveniently placed all around. I would strongly suggest a visit.

Fata Morgana Club - the admission cost is steep, yet the staff is pleasant and the music enjoyable.

Positive aspects:
The receptionist is warm and welcoming.
The dance bar ladies are amiable.
The resident DJ on the ground floor is excellent.
There are two snug rooms with seating arrangements.
Parking is free of cost.

Negative aspects:
The entry fee of €150 for couples is quite high.
The buffet offers limited options and the food quality is average.
The corridors are narrow, allowing only one person at a time.
There are not enough and small private spaces.

Final thoughts:
Fata Morgana Club is not a large venue and the admission price is certainly overpriced. However, the staff is amicable, the music is appealing, and there are comfortable seating areas. It is up to each individual to decide if the club is worth the investment.
