The massage at Heaven Thai Spa was a total rip-off. They only used the body for maybe 5 minutes and the rest of the time it was just hands. The massage was neither professional nor sensual. The icing on the cake is after 2-3 minutes of the so-called happy ending, she tells me to finish it myself. Total waste of cash!

Our visit to Heaven Thai Spa was far from satisfactory.
We were entirely new to this type of experience and were greeted warmly by the receptionist who provided us with a brief overview of their menu. However, we were still in the process of deciding whether to book a spot due to the high prices, and the receptionist kept interrupting us every few minutes to ask if we had made up our minds. This felt quite disrespectful and pushy.

Eventually, we decided to try it out and approached the receptionist to book for an hour. She had previously informed us that there were three available rooms for us at 20:00. However, as we were placing our booking, she received a call and gave our rooms to someone else, right in front of us. This was highly disrespectful. She then told us that the only available slot was now at 21:00, which frustrated us. Nevertheless, we booked three rooms for 21:00 and selected the 1-hour body to body massage from the menu. She took down our names and we left to kill time until our appointment.

We returned slightly early, only to be told that we could only book for 30 minutes, despite having previously requested for an hour and there being no bookings at 21:30. This felt like a scam and left us deeply disappointed. The 30 minutes was not sufficient for us to fully relax and enjoy the happy ending, especially after our tiring day in Amsterdam.

The quality of the massage was subpar, and the masseuse was unprofessional. We had chosen the most expensive 30-minute body-to-body massage, but only received 5 minutes of actual body-to-body massage. The rest was done using hands, which was uncomfortable and somewhat painful. The happy ending did not work out for us, and the masseuse kept suggesting that we should come back for an hour next time. It felt like we were being scammed out of our money. The body-to-body component of the massage was a total sham, constituting only 25% of the massage.

What was even more disappointing was that the three of us received varying levels of service. One masseuse went above and beyond, while another did not even perform the basic tasks. This resulted in inconsistent experiences for all of us, and none of us were satisfied. Additionally, all the masseuses seemed extremely tired, which further dampened our experience. If they are unable to maintain a consistent level of energy for all clients, they should consider reducing their working hours instead of providing low-quality services. The receptionist also needs to be more patient and take the time to explain everything, rather than rushing us and saying that she is busy or does not have time.

Furthermore, we were required to pay a 10€ deposit, which we did not get back. This means that the spa essentially stole 10€ from us. We were also charged an extra 10% fee when paying by card, which is illegal according to the Dutch Civil Code. The receptionist also hurried us to pay quickly so that we would not notice the scam.

The only positive aspects of this spa were the pleasant and comfortable rooms. The masseuses were attractive and the place looked nice. However, these factors do not make up for the negative experiences we had.

In conclusion, I would not recommend visiting this spa. It feels like a waste of money. We left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. This place is a huge scam, and I would advise everyone to stay away.

I made a visit to Heaven Thai Spa today, and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. She took time to thoroughly walk me through everything and introduced me to some very pleasant ladies. I received an excellent massage, and the lady who performed it was not only very kind, but also quite funny. The spa itself was impeccably clean. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there.

Such a terrible experience I had! The owner is practically robbing people. The surroundings are just as awful. The way they treat their customers ensures nobody will ever return!
