Avoid this place, they charge you an entry fee and the ladies will coax you into purchasing as many bottles or drinks as they can.
Lose the card they provide you for payments and you are looking at a 150 dollar charge.
The cost of bottles is unclear and the music volume is so high that you only notice the price on your receipt after you have paid.
I would not advise anyone to visit this place.
The ladies are not that attractive and their main aim is to get your money, the shows are average at best if you do not spend more than the entry fee and abstain from drinking. You are better off making advances at the local Italian girls on the beach or at a regular club.

Visited Pepenero the other evening and the music was overly loud. The prices are high and the staff keeps urging you to buy drinks for the ladies every few minutes. If you misplace the card they hand you at the door, you are charged a 150 euros fee. It feels like the entire setup is designed to extract money from you. I was told this was once a decent club but now I would advise to steer clear, it appears to be a scam.

I really liked this place, very good and people are friendly.
Nanda and Jade, they are so wonderful and fantastic ladies.
Had a brilliant time with them. When I return to Italy, I will definitely visit them again ♥️

The girls are truly stunning. You might find the lapdance a bit pricey at 60€, but believe me, it's completely worth every cent. Plus, there's air conditioning and the place is furnished really well all over.
