Rose My Club has some promise. It is a cozy, atmospheric spot with decent tunes, particularly if you are into Eminem and music from the late 90s to early 2000s. However, the club falls short when it comes to handling its guests and providing good customer service.
The ladies here are charming, skilled, and attractive. As a patron, you are expected to buy a welcome/introduction shot for them, which serves as a conversation starter. I found this worthwhile as Vera, Sara, and Margot were a delight to interact with.
My group was willing to keep ordering drinks and tipping for the performances on stage. However, when we turned down an ADDITIONAL dance in a private room (we had already bought one), the dancers seemed to be pressured into not interacting with us anymore. This was unfortunate, considering we were almost the only people there and it was clearly not a busy night.
If the club had paid a bit more attention and maintained a more lively atmosphere, the night could have been enjoyable. Instead, we were strangely ignored, no one was performing on the pole, and the live DJ kept playing the same songs over and over. The night became dull very quickly.
I ended up spending 100 euros for 2 shots of subpar tequila and now have a bunch of useless club currency. Looking back, I should have heeded the other reviews, but it was a spur-of-the-moment decision while we were already out, and I wanted to give the club a shot. Lesson learned. My experience at Lido Club 21 was truly exceptional. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and respect. The cost of the drinks was quite affordable, in fact, it was significantly lower than what we usually pay in Vienna. The choice of music was on point, and there was ample space for dancing, which I greatly appreciate as I dislike being in cramped spaces while dancing.
I am eagerly looking forward to revisiting during the winter season!
