I went to the club yesterday and experienced a very disappointing level of service. A significant number of the ladies there were not only impolite but also downright disrespectful to the patrons. They were hurling insults and such. I would strongly advise against visiting this place!!!!

This was my first time at the club and I can assure you, it will be my last!!!!

Hi there, Palmas Sauna Club team. I just wanted to extend my gratitude once more to your incredible team and the fantastic club you run. Every single one of your employees, from those at the front desk, to the laundry staff, and the kitchen crew, including the chef, are top-notch. I particularly appreciate the way you handle the towels - absolutely spot on. It seems some guests could use a little education in this respect, I say this as someone who has been an organizer in a SW club for over a decade. It is a real pleasure to be able to frequent such a wonderful club.

I also want to give a special shoutout to "Elvis". His sauna infusions on Saturdays were quite the experience and I am grateful to him as well. I also want to thank the club for allowing me to watch the CL game with you on Wednesday. I appreciate you making this possible. Unfortunately, I am unable to come on Wednesdays as I am in the office until 4.30 p.m. and I live an hour away in Crailsheim. Regardless, I wish everyone a fantastic event and extend my thanks once again to everyone on the team.

I also want to express my gratitude for the great effort you put into finding my lost shoes. That was entirely my fault and I appreciate your assistance. Thank you - from the one who has difficulty walking. Best wishes, Thossy.

Shop not good, service bad. Not women fault, club only take cash. Had to cross parking lot with no clothes on.

The ladies here are way too pushy. Madness. Though, I reckon the club boss is 99% at fault. This place was once truly TOP notch.

I visited Palmas once more in March 2024, after a long break. What can I say? There has been no improvement. The level of cleanliness and hygiene is still very disappointing. The restroom in the changing area was filthy and it seemed like no one bothered to clean it. The steam room has been out of order for months. The second sauna at Venezia has been permanently shut down. But then again, it would be surprising if everything at Palmas was functioning perfectly. There is always something broken. If it is not the steam bath, it is the whirlpool or the sauna, not to mention the fixtures in the showers. They claim to be the largest club in Bavaria. For such a large club and having only one small sauna - they should not brag about that.

Now, there is a new so-called sauna master who goes by the name ELVIS. He used to be a regular customer and now he is the sauna master. I remember the previous sauna master David. He was skilled at his job. This ELVIS, however, just pours a lot of water onto the stones, waves his towel a bit, plays his music so loud that it hurts your ears. He also tells some stories while doing this. The truth is: he is not good at his job. Perhaps he would be more useful cleaning the sauna, but definitely not as a pourer. A piece of advice: The sauna is a place for relaxation and peace.

On a Saturday around 9 p.m., a guy named Marian, also known as the glass thrower, took over the bar. It was complete chaos. Instead of serving the customers, he spent most of his time in the smoking lounge and ignored the customers. From 10 p.m., the music was so loud, and it was oriental music that made the German and international customers leave the club. I left the club with 12 other men because we could not tolerate the loud oriental music.

Now, you have to practically beg for replacement towels at the reception. The food has always been unpalatable and monotonous, and now it has gotten even worse. The entrance fees have increased significantly, but the services have deteriorated. For me, it was the last visit. But on a positive note, they have paved the parking lot now!
