My initial encounter with "Je T'aime" in October 2022 was quite pleasant. A lovely lady provided excellent service, catering to all my requests with great efficiency. Unfortunately, she left the establishment in December 2022. My subsequent visit in February 2023 was not nearly as enjoyable. Another lady, who charged a hefty sum, failed to live up to her promises. This disappointing experience deterred me from returning.
Despite the negative experience, I still give a 5-star rating, thanks to the first lady's exceptional service. However, if I were to rate based on the second lady's service in February 2023, I would only give a single star.
The proprietor deserves praise for his quick response to customer feedback and his efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. He communicates with customers in a polite and respectful manner.
