Usually, I have a fantastic experience with the massages here, but my last experience was a bit disappointing. I paid €75 for a 30-minute back and leg massage, but they didn't even touch the front of my body. Normally, a full body massage costs the same amount. It used to be that touching was included in the price, but suddenly it costs an additional €25.

I tried to voice my concerns through the contact form in detail, but other than a conversation with the lady, there was no attempt to rectify this situation. I am writing this review in hopes of getting some response, but it has been 7 days and there is still no interest in winning me back as a customer.

I am one less customer now...

If you can convince me that this is not the usual practice, I am more than willing to remove this review.
