The management here is just shocking... They turn a blind eye to guests who threaten violence against others, even when their own staff notice and stand by them!!! Other guests saw this too and even brought it to the attention of the management, backing us up. [WE APPRECIATE THAT ???]
The response we got from the management was that they are too fooled and have lost control of what they are doing, plus those threatening guests are regulars...
What a way to justify...
We are done with this...
Goodbye...
!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I have frequented this place for many years.
During the most recent event I attended, a drunken couple threatened my husband with physical violence. We immediately reported the incident to the club management. Other guests were also witnesses to this. Rather than ejecting the intoxicated couple, we ended up leaving.
That was our final visit...totally unacceptable...

The hosts are fantastic, the ambiance is pleasant, and the guests are lovely. However, the food doesn't always suit my taste. But that's okay, because it's impossible to cater to everyone's preferences. I would recommend forming your own opinion.☺️
