Visited Spectrum 905 late Saturday night and spent some time with a tall, slender girl. Her jacket made her appear like a celebrity. Tried to return on Sunday night but found the spa was closed. It's advisable to always phone them before planning a visit. From my personal experience, I'd choose this spa over others in the Niagara region. I rang them up around 2:35 in the afternoon to check if I could get a 5 p.m. slot. They confirmed that it was available and that ladies a, b, and c were all free. I went ahead and booked an appointment with lady c for 5 p.m.
I arrived right on time and was greeted by lady a who invited me in. She then informed me that lady c would not be available for another half an hour. I was taken aback. She suggested that she could take over or lady b might be free a little later.
I was utterly confused. I had booked my appointment with lady c 2.5 hours in advance. Why was there a mix-up? It wasn't as if she was delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances. It seemed like she had been double-booked or there was an attempt to switch me to lady a. While looks are subjective, I was glad I had chosen lady c when I first saw lady a.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you don't mind dealing with double-bookings, have ample time on your hands, and enjoy navigating through the heavy Berlin traffic.
The overall atmosphere of the place was also quite disappointing, at least from what I could see.
