Hello there, my name is Leilla and I am a frequent visitor to the club, making it a point to be there every weekend.
Honestly, I find the messages I read to be quite absurd.
- People are talking about hygiene but mylene is not your personal cleaner, she cannot possibly be expected to clean up after you every single time. It is also your responsibility to dispose of the condoms and clean up after yourself.
- Then there are those who say that Milene is not friendly when she opens the door. Well, if she is smiling, then it is on you to check the internet for the club's schedules, prices, and conditions. She is not obliged to tell you if there are people in the club or not.
I am at the club every weekend and in my opinion, it is truly the best club in Nantes. I have never encountered any issues and the atmosphere is always great. I have nothing negative to say.

Bonjour Mylène, tu es la patronne mais tu nas pas tous les droits. Pourquoi te permets-tu de parler des services sociaux des gens où jai vu dans un commentaire que tu sais quils ont le droit de porter plainte contre toi. Cela peut te causer de gros problèmes, sil te plaît supprime-le sinon ils iront au commissariat pour porter plainte contre toi.

When I visited your club, L'Orchidée Noire, for an evening out, I was sorely disappointed. Before paying the cover charge, we inquired if there were people inside and you assured us there were. However, you were not truthful as the club was empty when we entered. We then asked for a refund and were told that's not how things work. Had we been told the truth, we would not have found ourselves in this situation.

The cleanliness of your establishment leaves much to be desired. We found condoms on the floor and semen on the cushions where patrons are supposed to relax. There were also tissues with condoms scattered around. It's clear that hygiene is not a priority for you.

Furthermore, you tried to shortchange us by offering to return only 30€ out of the 50€ we had paid. Your lack of honesty and poor customer service is appalling.

The state of your Jacuzzi area is also concerning. The toilets are located in the same room as the Jacuzzi, which is quite unhygienic. People walk around with their shoes on and then get into the Jacuzzi barefoot. This is not acceptable.

You claim that we have asked for refunds before, but this is not true. This was our first visit to your club. Even Mylène, who is supposed to be the boss, had to consult with a colleague about whether to issue a refund. It's clear that you don't respect your customers.

The clientele at your club also leaves much to be desired. You let in anyone, regardless of how they are dressed or if they respect the other patrons. Single men, in particular, seem to be allowed to behave however they want.

We have shared our experiences with others and they agree that your actions were not appropriate. We will also be reporting your establishment to the hygiene service.

I requested for a coke with bubbles, but the two glasses before had none, so she poured it into the sink. I abruptly left even though I still had 95€ left.
