My recent visit to "Le Fruit De La Passion" left me with mixed feelings.
The place itself is quite lovely, with spacious areas, appealing decor, and spotless surroundings. It seemed like they had everything covered, except perhaps for the spa-standard restrooms.

Yet, I just could not connect with the place.

Here is why:

We got there a bit too early, I think. I am used to bringing my own linen to the sauna, but it appeared that this practice is not appreciated here. This also altered the usual reception routine, as we were directed through the changing rooms to leave my belongings, under the seemingly disapproving look of the proprietor.

The bar downstairs had a rather "flat" ambiance, lacking both sexual energy and personal warmth. Granted, it was early and it was a Friday. But what really struck us was the owner's apparent indifference, as he told us "I had planned to do this for 5 years, I am at the end, I am going to sell". Interesting.

The first cup of coffee (from a percolator) is on the house, but everything else comes with a price tag, be it soft drinks or other beverages.

After a few attempts at small talk, I decided to just listen.

My attire, a joke on my friend, seemed to make me stand out (I was wearing open fishnet leggings and a slightly gothic top... I had a dress in my bag, in case I was denied entry).

The establishment, a former nightclub turned into a libertine club, has a dance floor on the ground level, complete with exhibition cages and a pole dance bar. Oddly situated, a "massage parlor" with two tables is set up behind a simple wire curtain. Similarly, several "naughty" alcoves, lined with the same curtain, reveal typical plasticized mattresses.

"Le Fruit De La Passion" seems to cater more to exhibitionists. To each their own.

My friend who was with me was almost horrified, poor guy.

We were told that the only toilets in the place are near the bar. None in the spa? I did not dare to ask, as the owner seemed to frown upon my attempts at conversation.

We had a quiet chat, slightly away from the others. Another couple arrived. The owner then started a general tour of the place. We first visited the changing rooms, then descended to the basement spa. It was indeed beautiful and clean.

"Would you like to use the sauna? Because if no one is going in, I will not turn it on." A good energy-saving measure, but not very customer-friendly. Oh well.

By this time, we had made up our minds: we completed the tour, I retrieved my belongings from the cloakroom, and we left.

Yes, it was a Friday evening, pretty much at opening time (thanks to my friend's eagerness), yes, the owner's birthday party was the next evening, yes, it was our first time there, yes, I had my bag with my sarong and towel... But still: the ambiance, or lack thereof, was a letdown.

What I found unappealing was the layout of the place.

Different strokes for different folks.

Passion fruit is not my cup of tea.

I am a man in my thirties and I wanted to plan a romantic evening for my lady. I was seeking something unique and exciting to surprise her with. We had discussed the idea of going to a club before but we never really took it seriously. I decided to take her on this unexpected adventure without giving her any hints.

I had never been to a club like this before, so it was important for me to find a place where we would feel safe and comfortable, without any pressure or obligation to participate in anything. I had heard that the only really reputable club in the region was in Lubersac.

So, I gathered my courage and reached out to the owner for more information. He was able to reassure me and encouraged me to continue with my plan.

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the restaurant he recommended. It was only a few kilometres away and we loved it so much that we returned the next day for lunch.

After we left the restaurant, I asked my partner to close her eyes until we got to our destination. As we got closer, I became more and more nervous about her reaction. She was aware of the naughty evening plan after our shopping trip earlier in the week, but she did not expect this.

After a few moments of surprise, she commended me for the unexpected surprise and decided to go along with it, at least long enough to go inside and see if we wanted to stay longer.

The owner and his wife greeted us warmly and managed to put my lady at ease. They offered us a drink and gave us a tour of the club. Once we saw that everything was perfect, we decided to stay at the bar and join in the games.

There are rules in place and everyone adhered to them throughout the evening. The bar and dance floor were for enjoying drinks and dancing. If you just want to relax in the jacuzzi or sauna without any extras, that is perfectly fine.

There are many cosy corners for fun, both open and closed, and they are perfect. The atmosphere is inviting and not gloomy at all. You can have conversations with others without any pressure and the concept of consent is taken very seriously here.

In our case, we did not engage in any exchange or exhibitionism, we just shared a loving embrace in a private room. All in all, we had a wonderful evening for our first time in a club and we feel reassured about possible future visits.

Ladies, I believe you will feel more comfortable here than in a regular club where you might be constantly approached or harassed. And if you want to take things further, everything is set up for your comfort, both in public and private.

Gentlemen, your partner will not be objectified here. She may be approached if you indicate that it is okay, but there is no need to decline twice if that is not what you are looking for. Any physical contact only occurs with the consent of all parties involved.

My review is lengthy, but I wanted to provide a detailed account of our first experience in a libertine club to reassure those who may be hesitant.

Thank you again to Philippe and Manue, I now understand why your establishment has such a good reputation in the region.

My partner and I, both in our thirties, visited Le Fruit De La Passion for the first time this past weekend. The club prides itself on respect, consent, a light-hearted atmosphere, and cleanliness. The single men at the club were extremely respectful, which was a pleasant surprise.

The owner, Philippe, is a wonderful man filled with humor and kindness. He immediately makes you feel comfortable, explains everything you need to know, and even provides a comprehensive tour of his club. This helps newcomers adjust quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and plan to return, possibly on September 21 for Philippe's birthday celebration. It promises to be a fantastic event.

My husband and I visited a club for the first time, we were quite nervous at first. But as soon as we entered, we felt like we were at home. The boss was fantastic, he made us feel comfortable right away, gave us a tour, and was very attentive. The place is decorated with great taste and it is extremely clean, very very clean. There is a wide selection of cozy corners like sauna, jacuzzi, massage table, dance floor, and many more. We met people who were very respectful towards men, only very respectful, which made our first time an unforgettable, exceptional experience. As a woman, I felt very at ease. A huge thank you to the boss, Philippe.

Hello there,
I had my first visit to Le Fruit De La Passion today. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I was greeted with a free cup of coffee from the owner himself. He personally gave me a tour of the premises, which was a nice touch. I must say, my initial experience at this club was more than satisfactory and I see myself coming back.

The club is quite spacious, with a jacuzzi and sauna that are simply exceptional. I have been to other clubs in the area, but this one stands out and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I can vouch for its quality.

Kudos to you, Phillipe, for introducing me to such a wonderful place. Looking forward to embarking on a new adventure soon.
