I felt compelled to pen down my first review following my visit to The Camelot Showbar Strip Club. To give you an overview, the manager on duty, a petite lady, was exceedingly unprofessional and should either be moved to a different role or dismissed altogether.
Starting from the entrance, the door staff and security were top-notch, extending courtesies, helping me with the door and guiding me to my table. I was on a weekend trip to DC and their friendliness was much appreciated. The dancers can be quite forward, but as long as you know how to handle it, it is not necessarily a negative. On the bright side, the ladies are stunning. The club has a rule that you must buy a drink for any dancer who sits with you if you want them to stay. I was quite active that night, buying a few drinks for myself and others. There is also a peculiar house rule that dancers are not allowed to dance off the stage. My dancer was scolded by the manager multiple times for dancing at our table and seat, which spoiled a lot of my experience. After a while at my table, I was informed that the table was required for new guests who had just arrived. There were several other vacant tables which made me wonder why I was being relocated. I am not a confrontational person, and I understand that sometimes business takes precedence, so I vacated the table for the new guests and moved to the bar to buy another drink. The dancer I was chatting with accompanied me to the table, as we had gotten along quite well that night and she was admittedly making a fair bit of money from me.
About 20 minutes at the bar, one of the security personnel approached the bartender and inquired if I had a drink. The bartender confirmed that I did and the security relayed that the manager wanted me out, but could not explain why. I asked what the problem was and the security stated they had no idea, as I had not caused any trouble all night. The manager, a short woman with black hair, was incredibly unprofessional, spoiling the experience for me and several others who had dancers with them at their seats. Moreover, being asked to leave the venue while still actively buying drinks without any explanation or issue is a problem. The manager should be either dismissed or reassigned. I commend the professionalism shown by the security and the dancers, but my rating is 2 stars due to the manager.

Visited for an early Sunday brunch. The staff were very inviting, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. There were no dancers due to the early hour, but it was still a very pleasant dining experience. I found out about this place from a Washington post article and just had to give it a try. I will surely be going back!

The entire place has undergone a commendable renovation, and we found it to be spotless and well-kept. However, the management really needs to update the pictures here as they do not do justice to the current state of the club.
The club has some nice private spots and I must express my gratitude to the DJ that night for the diverse music he played. We are looking forward to celebrating the club's 9th anniversary on the 1st of December.
We, two single ladies, showed up for what was advertised as a mixed evening (couples and selected men) on their website for Saturday night. However, upon arrival, we discovered it was an evening for couples and threesomes only, with no single men allowed unless they were part of this scenario. This was quite disappointing, as our main reason for attending was the mixed aspect.
Once inside, we noticed around ten couples who seemed more interested in their own company rather than engaging in any swinging. There was also a rather unpleasant odor in the snuggle areas, which was off-putting. The decor, too, lacked any appeal for anyone with even the slightest fetish tendencies...
On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and polite. The smoking area had a nice view of the room and the restrooms were clean and comfortable.
The cosy corners were just perfect! We appreciate the adherence to the alone time hours, what a fantastic night, cheers to you Jean Claude, it was nearly flawless at 99%, now all that is left is to strive for that 100% perfection
