Hi, I visited Venus Sauna Caen for the first time last night, as I have been a libertine for many years. Unfortunately, I was let down. The reception was not as welcoming as I expected, there were no smiles and the greeting was pretty cold. It seemed like the staff did not pay much attention to the customers.

The ambiance was lacking and the decor was outdated, just like the walls. The cozy areas were nothing special, just beds... The sauna was not as big as I expected, same goes for the hammam. The two jacuzzis were a bit too dark, good for privacy but it was hard to see each other.

The music was not to my liking, Spotify is good but I did not enjoy your playlist. From 9 p.m. to midnight, there were not many people... A few of my friends came later but they kept to themselves. I am not sure if I will be returning.

I rang up to inquire about the cost and check whether they permit 12 year old children. The individual on the phone tells me no, they should go to the city pool. So I ask alright, what about for adults, how much does it cost. They reply I cannot tell you because you are not aware. I had questioned if they allow minors, um, there is an issue this establishment needs to revise its staff.
