Hilary and Luc stepped in with a high level of professionalism and were incredibly responsive to the health condition of their patient. After conducting their examination, they managed to promptly identify the urgency of the situation. They also succeeded in giving us a sense of reassurance about the situation, to a certain extent.

I am grateful to the individual who greeted us at the entrance on Tuesday, April 2. His warmth, friendliness, and sense of humor made our visit truly enjoyable. My friend and I had a fantastic time and are planning to return at the earliest opportunity. Sincerely, a customer from Switzerland.

I had an excellent experience! It was my first visit to Arc En Ciel and the owner was kind enough to show me around.
The regular patrons were very welcoming, making me feel comfortable.
Despite visiting during a low season (end of January), I still found the place enjoyable, fun and a bit cheeky.
I would definitely suggest this place to anyone, irrespective of their gender, as everyone is treated with respect and warmth. It is such a friendly environment!
Just a gentle reminder for the gents to wear a shirt!
I am deducting one star because, in my opinion, the spa area could have been a few degrees warmer. After a discussion with a few others, they seemed to agree with me.

Admission at €22: by far the priciest in the vicinity, and the only reason you can give for this blatant rip-off is a hike in EDF prices? But then, I have just one thing to ask you: how do your counterparts in Le Mans or Rennes (just to mention these two) manage to provide a Gay entry for 16€, and moreover, they do not even dare to ask for an additional fee for the second towel.
This outrageous cost + the patrons who usually remind me of a retirement home, it is over for me.
If there are still people who enjoy it, it is up to them.
