If I could give less than zero stars, I would.
I am not bothered about the receptionists, they have their own work to do. But the ladies who provide the service, they are just awful. They carry such an attitude, as if they are the best anyone could ever hope for. They insist on tips, but it is absurd that the tip amount doubles from 100 to 200 just to turn you over for a massage. Does that seem logical?

Furthermore, they are not interested in hearing about your preferences. If they take a dislike to you, they will do everything in their power to speed things up and show you the door.

This is why these baths do not hold a candle to the ones in Toronto. The girls there are not only more courteous but also more attractive. And they do not have any hidden charges.

I would strongly advise against visiting here.

they asked for 120 for the service and then another 120 for the room rent
shut the door after getting my money and now we are heading to court

If I could, I would not even give this place a single star.
This place is just terrible and it has a horrible smell. The people at the front desk are rude and do not know how to deal with customers. The women working inside are nothing but deceitful and impolite.
They are always in a hurry and cut your session short.
I will certainly not return and I strongly recommend you to stay away!!!

I have visited Executive Bath several times. In 2019, I spent 4 days there. Amber, her service, I will always remember. I am a tourist here. Now, after 5 years, I am back and I definitely have to visit again.
