Made a booking with Carla a few days in advance. Got to the spa at 9:30am for my scheduled appointment only to be informed by the front desk that she was not there yet. After a few phone calls, they finally reached her and she said she would be late. Despite having to wait around 20 minutes for my appointment to start, I was still charged the full $50 room fee plus the amount I had to give to the girl. I do not plan on returning to this place again.

Nine months ago, I had a wonderful experience at Vaughan Spa Massage, which led me to rate it 5 stars. However, I feel the need to update my review based on my recent visit.

A few months back, I had a lovely time at the Vaughan Spa. On my latest visit, I decided to try the services of other recommended ladies, based on their reviews. However, I was met with a rather unpleasant surprise. The young lady at the front desk was new and not the receptionist I was used to interacting with. The regular one is mature and full of life.

This new receptionist was quite rude, awkward, and sharp in her interactions. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I did not get the opportunity to have a session with the lady I had chosen due to the receptionist's off-putting demeanor. It upset me to the point where I did not want to carry that negative energy into the massage room.

I am hopeful that my next visit will be a better one, with a receptionist who is more attuned to providing a customer-friendly service.
