Just an hour ago, I decided to try out the massage at Best Asian Massage (Day Spa Retreat) after confirming over the phone that they could accommodate me. This was my first visit to this establishment.

Upon arrival, I was asked to make payment, which I did. However, I was charged $80 for a 30-minute session, which I found to be unfair as this was not the rate listed on their website.

The massage commenced but was cut short at 15 minutes. When I queried about the abrupt end, she simply stated that she was tired and wanted to go home.

Naturally, I voiced my dissatisfaction, to which she responded with a complete disregard for my feelings.

I would strongly advise against visiting this place. There are plenty of other reputable sensual massage spas in Vancouver and surrounding areas that are worth trying instead.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and I will certainly not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Thank you for the appalling service.

My experience at Best Asian Massage (Day Spa Retreat) was the worst. They seem only interested in welcoming customers at the door, after that, they just dont seem to care. I went in for a massage and was asked to pay 80cad upfront before the massage began. I paid and was told that it would last for 45mins. But once the massage started, the lady was in a hurry and didnt know how to massage properly. She finished the massage in just 15minutes and asked me to leave. I asked her why, pointing at the time and she couldnt even explain because they dont speak English. She even started to raise her voice at me, telling me to leave. I stayed and asked for a refund but she refused to give me one. The service was very poor and they are not loyal to the money paid. I will never try them again, it was a totally bad experience.

I paid a visit to Best Asian Massage (Day Spa Retreat) on Monday and was welcomed and taken care of by Sophia. I must say, it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had! The room was spotless and even came equipped with a shower for use before and after the service. I opted for a one hour session. The massage was detailed and exceptional. As with any place like this, the therapist tries to offer you additional services when you are most relaxed and likely to say yes! I consented to one such service and let me assure you, it was worth every single penny and then some. It was the finest service I have received in my more than 60 years of experience. I will definitely be returning to see Sophia the next time I find myself in the city! I cannot recommend it enough!
