The facility is really clean and modern.
When I got there, no one even said hello to me. All the other places I have been to, they always welcome me and have a chat. But not here.
They just shoved me into a room at this place.
One of the women there kept pestering me. I made it clear what I wanted but she would not stop bothering me. This has never happened to me before.
The service was alright. It was just her constant pestering and her insincere annoying demeanor that put me off.
Also, there is a person who brings their dog to the facility. The dog's barking was really irritating and not at all pleasant.

I wish it were possible to give a rating lower than zero, because this place definitely deserves it. They dont have a clue about providing service, let alone basic things like greeting customers or providing information. I wouldnt call this a spa, its more like a hub for dubious and unwanted activities. The owner is a dreadful woman and I strongly advice anyone thinking of going here to reconsider. She didnt even bother to say hello, and when I asked about their services, she said they dont offer massages. But their only services are aromatherapy and shiatsus, arent those massage techniques? I hope this place gets shut down soon, but considering the kind of services they are providing, it probably wont.
