My intention was to highlight the significance of good customer service in the hospitality sector. Regrettably, she misunderstood and continued to interact with me in a manner that was both unprofessional and condescending.
The overall atmosphere was negatively impacted by this interaction, causing me to leave. The essence of hospitality lies in creating a welcoming environment, and unfortunately, this was not my experience here. It is a shame as I had intended to support this business.
Based on my experience, I am unable to recommend this place. All customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their identity or current mood.

After leaving your establishment, I took some time in my car to write a review. I later briefly spoke to you while you were outside smoking to inform you about the review before departing. I maintained a safe distance and did not act aggressively. I am confident that I did not make you feel uneasy; it appears that any discomfort you felt was due to the situation rather than my actions.
I am visibly black. Your reaction from the very beginning seemed to be influenced by my race rather than my actions. I urge you to reflect on and address your prejudice.
As a service provider in the hospitality industry, your responsibility is to ensure a welcoming experience for your customers. However, I felt uneasy during my visit, prompting my decision to leave.
I trust this provides a clearer understanding of my perspective and promotes consideration for future client interactions.

I made a phone call to inquire if they accept walk-ins and they said yes. But, they told me to ring them back after 20 minutes, instead I chose to go there in person. The lady at the front desk started shouting at me for not calling back. She pushed me out of the spa, so I had to call for an Uber. After about 10 minutes, she finally opened the entrance door and asked if I wanted to stay inside. I think she only did this because other customers were watching me wait outside in the cold for a taxi. I have never been made to wait outside in the cold for a ride by any business. The receptionist was an older Russian lady with blonde hair. She really needs to learn how to communicate respectfully, especially with new customers. Thanks for showing me that I should not come back here again.
