Brigitte is incredible, you should not pass her up
Marina, a very amicable Russian, you should schedule her. She is the best
But Camilla, never schedule her. She does nothing. Complete waste of resources and money

My recent visit to the Blue Lagoon Spa was sadly marred by a disappointing encounter with one of their staff members, Mia. From the get-go, her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, with curt responses and a lack of interest in addressing my concerns. At one point, she even went as far as to tell me to "never pick me again", which I found to be highly disrespectful.

It's truly regrettable as the spa itself has a stellar reputation and a soothing atmosphere. However, this unpleasant interaction with Mia really put a damper on my visit. Customer service is a pivotal aspect of any spa experience, and Mia's conduct was far from satisfactory. I sincerely hope that the management will take note of this incident and take necessary measures to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable experience.

My encounter at this spa was far from satisfactory. The employees were notably discourteous, Kendal in particular, exhibited an absolute absence of professionalism. When I took my complaints to the management, instead of dealing with the problem, the manager's conduct was even more appalling. He chose to threaten me instead of rectifying the situation.

This was one of the most distressing experiences I have ever had, and I would advise against anyone going to this place. Spare your time and resources and opt for a place that appreciates its clients.
