One staff member (V. V) used a non-disease skin mark as a reason to deny massage service, and also refused to give back money. This behavior seems to be illegal. There is no sign on the building for the business.
What kind of retreat is this? Felt insulted, angry, and cheated.

I popped in for a visit, the studio is neat and pleasant but the lady I encountered, Mina, was not very friendly and I was not happy with the service. She was quite impolite. Squandered 15mins of 30 in bath and other stuff. I would suggest trying someone else.

The studio is remarkably spotless and well-kept, and the personnel is highly professional. I've had the privilege of visiting on several occasions, and each time, my admiration grows. The team consistently exceeds expectations to ensure that every guest has a pleasant and comfortable stay. I want to extend my thanks to Serena and Inara for their outstanding service during our sessions. I will undoubtedly be coming back in the future!
