The Atlantis Spa is just average, could do with a bit more cleaning. But I guess, cant expect much from a spa in Brampton. And no offense, but some clients have a really strong odor. It is so strong, it could knock my grandma off her feet.

Alright spot...plenty of girls to choose from...met Diamond, a really nice and friendly girl. About 15mins in, I told her what I wanted, which I should have clarified at the start of the session. But when I noticed she wasnt comfortable with the bodyslide I asked for, we began talking about ending the session. She seemed understanding. They charge 80 for a bodyslide plus the room fee, and I only asked for a $20 refund instead of half my money. I thought that was fair since we didn't finish the session and she did try but I wasn't feeling it. Then this manager comes in acting very unprofessional, telling me I have 5 mins left and acting like a translator, haha...just really poor service compared to the east end spa that actually values their CUSTOMERS. The takeaway here is to never pay until you are satisfied with the service...
