To be honest, I was not anticipating such an exceptional quality in Nefteyugansk. Everything is tidy and spotless, the personnel are proficient, and there is no turmoil. The decor is masculine and chic, and the ambiance is hospitable. I visited here on a work trip and was entirely pleased.
