Fantastic establishment, we were fond of the unique room designs. Extremely tidy and pleasant. The bar had excellent music. The guests were amiable. There was just one gentleman who was a bit too forward, but he understood when we said no. However, the staff, both the man and the woman, lacked in customer service skills. For instance, I handed over 80€ since the entrance fee was 79€, and I did not receive my 1€ change. I asked the man for a Coca Cola at the bar, he agreed and left but I never received my drink. I bought a pack of cigarettes for 7,5€, paid with a 10€ note and only received 2€ back.
If we ever find ourselves in Vienna again, we will surely revisit the club.

The cost used to be 89 Euro, which included a buffet and beverages. Now it has been increased to 99 Euros and...you get "toast" and a few biscuits. This is an absolute rip off. I do not intend to return there and would advise others not to. It is nothing short of robbery.
