TERRIBLE TIME, I VISITED THE SAUNA, IT WAS SO DIRTY THEY HAND YOU DIRTY AND ALREADY USED TOWELS, NOT HYGIENIC PLACE, WE EVEN DINED THERE AND FOUND NAILS AND HAIR IN OUR MEAL, DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ROMANIAN DUDES WHO MAN THE FRONT DESK WHO ATTEMPT TO NICK YOUR VEHICLE ALONG WITH THEIR ACCOMPLICES FROM PAKISTAN WHO ARE EMPLOYED WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT.

It is a pity that the towels on the mattress are not changed after each visit! The women do not adhere to the agreed upon protocols. Worse yet, some of them continue to work even when they are menstruating and do not disclose this. I find this extremely unhygienic and I am seriously thinking about reporting this to the health department!

BEWARE POTENTIAL VISITORS
I urge all potential visitors to be cautious before deciding to visit this place!!!
There are some girls who prioritize themselves over the guests, expecting to do nothing and still receive compensation.
The state of the rooms is questionable, to say the least.. The pillows are old and yellowed, and the mattresses are stained with sweat.
The robes and towels provided are worn out and torn.
If you raise your concerns to the management, they might act nice but their main interest remains their profit, the idea of a refund is not even considered.
The restaurant and its so-called "all inclusive" offer is another disappointment. A few slices of cheese and salami, soup and donuts, that is it!
All things considered, the place is not worth the price they charge, it is appalling compared to other places and they just want to fleece you, I hope they will address these issues...
