Felt judged from the moment we stepped in, with dancers shooting us nasty glances because I came with a bunch of girls. We all went to the restroom together and were promptly shown the exit. Such a disrespectful experience. I will not be returning.

Returned to Showbar 151 Gentleman's Club after a couple of years, and it's the same as before. The beautiful ladies there seem more interested in their own conversations than interacting with the guests. Although, they do make a point to bid you farewell when you're leaving. Unfortunately, there aren't any other similar venues in Townsville to compare it with. I must give a shout-out to Natalie though, who did spend a brief 5 minutes chatting with me before finding a reason to leave and not come back.

The night started off well at Showbar 151 Gentlemans Club. The security at the entrance was busy yet courteous and the girl at the entry was pleasant. Ive resided in Townsville for a while but this was my first time at Showbar. It was my best buddies stag night and we were all in high spirits.

Upon entering, the first lady who joined us was very polite and pleasant. However, as the night progressed, things took a turn for the worse. I went to the restroom and when I returned, I found a few of the girls engrossed in a conversation with my friends.

My best friend asked one of the girls to vacate my seat and she responded quite rudely to both of us. And then, as expected, an extremely rude and abrupt security guard approached us and threw us out.

I saw it coming but it still left a sour taste. I definitely wont be recommending this place to anyone in the future.

Dreadful. Was in Townsville for work before Christmas alongside a few colleagues. The girls seemed like they had no interest in being there. One of them was quite impolite to me when I was not ready for a lap dance, despite me tipping. There is no other stripclub in Townsville so I decided to take my friends to the Onyx, the local brothel. It was the only other adult venue available and they were very accommodating. It is a sophisticated looking place, with attractive girls who put on an excellent private strip show for us! Plus, there were a few additional activities, if you catch my meaning. Do not waste your money at the show bar, guys.

1. Staff at the bar and door are pleasant & professional.
2. The ladies, however, are quite the opposite. Unless you are below 30, they will not interact with you as they are too occupied chatting amongst themselves. I was there for a bit at the tipping tables, ready to part with a couple of thousands after a good day and wanting to celebrate. Unfortunately, one or two girls missed the opportunity to earn some extra cash that night.
Well, I guess I will not be returning.
