I recently had the opportunity to visit this place and I was quite surprised by the receptionists demeanor. I was prompted to make a payment before even receiving a proper greeting or being introduced to any girls. Having frequented many establishments in Sydney, I have never come across such lack of professionalism.

The experience was off-putting and unwelcoming, certainly not the level of hospitality one would anticipate. Sydney boasts a multitude of other venues that extend courtesy and respect to their patrons, and I do not see myself returning to this one. I would advise against it.

Most of the folks at the front desk are good people and do a great job, except for the new older woman and that guy who is always a pain. They have low customer service skills and are often rude to customers. They act like Karens all the time. Even at Karens eatery, you do not get as much disrespect as you do here. I do not understand why this place does not train them and teach them how to do their job right.

Experiences vary.
The ladies are fantastic.
Only Michelle does a good job at the reception.
I get it, dealing with clients can sometimes be irritating.
Not blaming anyone specifically. Unless a client is impolite. Always try to maintain patience when interacting with them.
I am merely suggesting this to motivate. Appreciate your efforts in creating such a wonderful place for both the clients and employees there.

I often visit this place and the girls are always charming, but the receptionist service can be inconsistent. A couple of weeks back, I was let in, walked up to the reception, greeted them, and then had to wait for half a minute before the receptionist raised her eyes from her phone to acknowledge me.

I hardly ever complain about customer service, but this was ridiculous. If there was an urgent matter, it would have taken her just a couple of seconds to inform me, but I highly doubt that was the case.

It seems like this issue is a common one, given that many other reviews share the same complaint.

Update: I appreciate the reply, but attributing poor service to being busy is not a valid reason, it is merely an excuse. Basic manners do not require any time, and the repeated complaints indicate that it is not a matter of the front desk being overwhelmed, but rather of underperformance.

I have had a number of fantastic experiences at ATMC. The place is wonderfully set up, with a charming and professional reception team. Most importantly, it boasts an impressive collection of attractive ladies. I had a delightful time with Crystal and Natasha yesterday!
