Your rating truly reflects your service. It was the most terrible experience I have ever had. Subpar service. Dirty rooms and absolutely nothing to stick around for.

The statement you put down below is nothing but a fabrication. They did not let me in when I came back.
The lady who opened the door (Coco, I believe) was not at all helpful or cooperative. It seemed as if she would rather be resting and the last thing she wanted was to deal with a client. I have no intentions of returning.

I was informed that I was not allowed to visit this establishment due to the assumption that I had a girlfriend, which is not the case. Since when did ethical considerations start dictating who can and who cannot visit. I am under the impression that majority, say about 95%, of their customers would either be in a relationship or married. I am aware that the boyfriend of Coco, the manager, is a married man with young kids. This does not seem to cause her any concern.

Is it fair that Lilly agrees to a service but only mentions additional charges once you're already in the room?
Is it fair that the proprietor shows no concern?
I should have perused all the feedback prior to my visit.
This place is honestly the pits.
A rating of no stars would be more fitting, more truthful.
