We had entered the club with nothing but admiration for the beautiful performers. We had even paid the entry fee, but within 10-15 minutes, we were asked to leave. This left my friends in tears, wondering if they had somehow offended the performers.
The security staff at this establishment seem to be selective about who they allow in and who they ask to leave. It is clear that they do not truly cater to both men and women as they claim. This is not only sexist and discriminatory, but it also deprives the performers of potential customers.
As someone who has just moved to Melbourne and is looking for work in similar establishments, this experience was very disappointing. I would not consider working here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The security staff seem to be on power trips and do not treat customers fairly.
The performers here are truly wonderful, but the security staff ruin the experience. There are plenty of other clubs in Melbourne that are more inclusive and do not discriminate.
In conclusion, I suggest that Bar 20 Sports Bar & Strip Club Melbourne consider upgrading their security staff to more professional and less discriminatory individuals. And to anyone considering visiting this place, be cautious. You may end up wasting your money and having your night ruined by the unreasonable security staff.
