Alright, time to review a fresh spot.
In terms of the exterior and interior, this place is not half bad. Ive seen worse, so I can say this place is neat and orderly enough.
The staff? Or maybe he was the receptionist? Not sure what to call him, but he was quite nice. He was not very talkative, but he didnt come across as rude like some other shop staff.
As for the girls, I wouldnt recommend going on the weekend. Its pretty quiet then, but that also means a smaller roster. When I visited, they only had 2 girls from a usual 4 or 5, and dont think youll get exactly what you see on the website because it is outdated and can be considered misleading.
Here's a tip from the BROTHELBROS: never book someone unless you see them in person. VISIT, LOOK, REMEMBER, AND COME BACK. So basically, you should visit the place first and check everything out, but dont book and pay unless you are satisfied with the place and you find a girl you want to spend time with. Then come back later, that way youve seen the girls with your own eyes and you can book them.
They have a discreet parking area as shown in the photos I attached, so no worries there.
I ended up choosing Momoka, she was very kind and polite, which is what youd expect from her Japanese culture. Her English is not the best, but it is sufficient for conversation. Shes quite good, if you get my meaning. Overall, I would rate her a 7 out of 10.
This place might not be the best out there, but if you are on a budget, its an OKAY choice.

The cleanliness of this spot was top-notch. The rates were totally justified and the ladies ensured a fun time. You were free to do just about anything you desired. Plus, no one would judge you. I would definitely revisit this place. I would also suggest others to try it out.

I have visited Xotic 58 on three separate occasions and each time, the service has been pretty decent. The staff here are all Asian ladies, who are not only good-looking but also very keen to satisfy their customers. Additionally, they have a hidden backdoor entry that you can utilize.

This Christmas feels a bit odd due to the surge in case numbers in NSW. That said, my trip to this place provided some comfort, as it is secure and well-managed, and most importantly, there are several stunning girls present! We must continue to live life as normally as we can.
