i chose a korean girl and it was a horrible experience, i gave 230 for an hour, her alarm rang after 40 min saying time was over but i was sure i still had 20 min left because i also set an alarm, but she insisted time was over and when i complained to the reception they did nothing so i want a refund for the last 20 min that i was not served, never returning

Pussycats Burwood has been my go-to place, been there around 5-6 times in a row. But my recent visit was not at all pleasant. I booked a 45-minute slot. Initially, they asked me to get a back massage. After a few minutes into the massage, they informed me that it was chargeable. What? Okay, let's move on to the service. They started listing out the items one by one, felt like they would not begin without adding extra services. I chose my item and was all set to start. Then, I was told to tip beforehand. I explained that I always tip at the end, but they feared I might forget. Okay, I agreed to tip.

The quality of service is crucial. It always felt rushed, like I was on a 20-minute schedule, even denying position changes. I lost interest and just ended up killing time on my phone. I later found out that the staff was leaving the next morning. What kind of work ethic is that? I had heard about the poor service of Vietnamese girls, but I never thought it would be this bad. The store seriously needs to instill some basic service etiquette, else I would prefer to travel a bit further next time.
