The receptionist at Bexley Massage named Fiona, who claims to be Chinese, is nothing but a dishonest person. She will bombard you with messages every single day, telling you that there are 6-7 young girls aged between 19 and 21 available. But the moment you step into the shop, all these girls are nowhere to be seen. Instead, you will be presented with ladies who are not as attractive and are in their 30s or 40s.

She will even call you to say that all the girls are available at the moment. But if you show up at the shop within five minutes, most of the girls are suddenly unavailable. This is a recurring issue every time you visit.

If you do not see any of the girls, she will not hesitate to treat you poorly and insult you, forcing you to leave the shop immediately. She did the same thing with two of my friends whom I referred to the shop. Despite her extreme rudeness, I managed to keep my cool and left the premises without causing a scene. She should have had the decency to apologise for wasting a clients valuable time as she was unable to deliver what she promised.

Before she took over the reception, there was a male receptionist who was very nice, friendly, and professional. The shop owner should consider letting her go immediately to prevent further damage to the business. If she happens to be the owner, then it is a sad reflection on her.
